Homes sales have decreased year to date by 7.27% from this time December 2009.  Active listings have decreased 29.49% for the same time frame. This reflects a 4+ month supply of homes.  In the December report, the average sales price has increased 12.17%.  Note that homes sold YTD are up from last year!
