Homes sales have increased year to date by 21.75 from this time May 2008.  Active listings have decreased 25.17% for the same time frame. This reflects a 4+ month supply of homes.  In the May Comprehensive Statistics, the average sales price has decreased 7.41%.  Note that homes sold YTD are up from last year!  April Statistics & March Statistics.
